  1. For thin or limp hair, add a teaspoon of castor oil to your favorite wash out conditioner. You will experience instant results. Please make sure it is completely mixed together during each use.
  2. Purchase steam rollers as an alternative to flat irons and hair dryers to achieve curls and preserve the health of your hair.
  3. Seal ends after washing with natural oils such as olive, jojoba, almond, avocado, coconut or shea butter.
  4. Keep a protective style at night and wear occasionally during the day to help protect ends from damage and breakage.
